Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups organic, fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups organic frozen mixed berries, like raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries
  • 1 cup organic low-fat silken tofu
  • 1 ½ tablespoon honey

*Choose organic whenever possible
