Guess what the solve is? TOFU! Surprisingly, silken tofu is a perfect solution to add protein (12 grams in 3 ounces) without unwanted calories to your smoothies – and a silky smooth texture!

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup silken organic tofu
  • 1 cup organic soy milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Preparation
