Chocolate Chunk, Avocado & Banana Cookies

Chocolate, avocado, and bananas? In a cookie? Sounds a bit strange, we know – but trust us, this makes for a phenomenal, dark, delicious cookie!


  • 2 cups very ripe organic avocado (about 4 medium size avocadoes)
  • 2 banana
  • 2 Pasture-Raised egg
  • 1 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 4 Tbsp. raw honey; (optional)
  • Dark chocolate chunks, to taste
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine the banana, avocado, and honey in a bowl. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer or a food processor.
  2. Add in egg, cocoa powder, baking soda, and continue mixing until all is well blended.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chunks.
  4. Drop spoonfuls (about 2 Tbsp.) of cookie dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper — the dough will be very soft.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are warm and firm.


Walnuts make a great addition!
