Cinnamon French Toast

Family fun weekend time recipe alert! We love french toast – and this makes for a mouthwatering meld of flavors, from the coconut oil to the cinnamon. The best part is that it’s made for multi-generational cooking – and it’s also so tasty that it’s sure to please!
Ingredients
- 2 large Pasture-Raised eggs
- 2 cups whole (or low-fat) organic milk
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste
- Sliced whole wheat bread
- 1 teaspoon raw organic coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Maple syrup to drizzle on top

Preparation
- Kids: Crack two eggs into flat-bottomed bowl. Thoroughly whisk in milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture in bowl, wetting both sides. Re-dip, if necessary, until the bread is soaked through.
- Adults: Meanwhile, heat large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add coconut oile. Place dipped bread slices in skillet. Cook for 2½-3 minutes per side, or until both sides are golden brown.
- Kids: Drizzle with syrup. Serve when warm and enjoy!

Top with fresh berries for an extra delish treat!
