And to keep yourself as anti-inflammatory as possible, avoid dairy products to get the most out of this juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 organic apple
  • 4 spears of asparagus
  • 1 stalk of broccoli
  • 3 large organic carrots
  • 3 stalks of organic celery
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1½ cup organic parsley

*Choose organic whenever possible
