All the fun of a mimosa, but with a more tropical taste!


  • 1½ cups organic apricot-mango nectar
  • 1½ cups pineapple juice
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup fresh organic orange juice
  • Handful organic strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle cold Cava or Prosecco

*Choose organic whenever possible

  1. Stir together apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and orange juice in a large pitcher until combined. Pour in bottle of cava or prosecco just before serving.
  2. Garnish glasses with sliced strawberries. Pour. Enjoy!


Great for a party since it can be made in batches!
